Lakehouse Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community, with a 2 pet maximum. There is a $500 deposit for one pet, and an additional $250 for a second pet. On top of this, tenants will be required to pay a $35 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are restricted at Lakehouse Apartment Homes: Akita, Presa Canario, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Husky, American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky, Malamute, Alaskan Malamute, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, Bernese Mountain, Bernese Cattle, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid (any), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Karelian Bear Dog, Russo-European Laika, any Laika, guard dogs (or any dog trained to attack), mixed breed dogs (dogs mixed with any breed listed here).

At Lakehouse Apartment Homes, each unit is assigned one parking spot, either covered or uncovered. There is a waitlist for an extra parking space. Also, there are four guest parking spaces by the front office.
